The Arc Realm by designer Yu Ju Lin stands as a beacon of modern architecture, embracing sleek lines and smooth curves to forge a serene habitat. The design's essence lies in its ability to guide the eye, ensuring a visual journey that is both comfortable and restrained. Distinctive in its approach, the Arc Realm distinguishes itself through a thoughtful selection of materials that enhance the space's texture and ambiance. Key features include stone textured panels and transparent glass partitions in the bar area, which resonate with the mineral-coated walls and marble dining table, achieving a cohesive spatial narrative.

Realization of this design hinged on the owner's preference for a modern yet cozy atmosphere. The space is a symphony of color and material, with green mineral paint adorning the walls and marble gracing the dining table. The living room and entrance hall boast curved ceilings and storage cabinets, while a versatile rainbow glass sliding door adapts the space to the owner's needs.

Spanning nearly 96 square meters, the Arc Realm project is a showcase of functionality and style. The design's keywords, such as 'Curved Design' and 'Eco Friendliness,' reflect its commitment to creating a healthy and comfortable living environment.

The design's interaction with its occupants is paramount. Envisioned as both a studio and a private guest house, the space caters to the homeowner's videography profession. It features strategically placed TVs and a multifunctional dining table that doubles as a workspace, ensuring that functionality and aesthetics go hand in hand.

Completed in July 2022, the Arc Realm project overcame significant challenges, including structural aging and water leakage. The design team's solution was an open-plan concept that visually expanded the space, reinforced the building's structure, and utilized energy-efficient materials to promote sustainability.

Yu Ju Lin's Arc Realm is not only a space of beauty and practicality but also a recipient of the prestigious Iron A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2024. This accolade underscores the project's success in integrating industry best practices and fulfilling the aspirations for a better living environment.
